1. About Honest Gems — Honest Gems sells astrological gemstones and related products through its website.

2. Products — We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, videos, and specifications of our gemstones. As gemstones are natural products, each stone is unique. Variations in colour, inclusions, shape, size, and appearance are normal and should not be considered defects. The actual gemstone may vary slightly from what you see in the videos or pictures.

3. Pricing — All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders — We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, incomplete or incorrect customer information, or payment failure. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payments — We accept payment through UPI, bank transfer, and secure payment gateways available on our website. We do not store your debit card, credit card, or banking credentials.

6. Shipping — Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier companies, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility. All gemstones above the value of ₹20,000 are shipped with insurance.

7. Returns & Refunds — Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read that policy before placing an order.

8. Product Certification — Where mentioned, gemstones are accompanied by the stated laboratory certificate (GJEPC–IIGJ). Customers should verify the certificate details upon receiving the product.

9. Astrological Information — Some products may be recommended based on traditional Vedic astrology. Such recommendations are based on traditional beliefs and should not be interpreted as guarantees of financial success, health improvements, relationships, career growth, or any other specific outcome. Individual experiences may vary.
